Spending a week long vacation in Bacolod prior to the prescribed Christmas vacation reminded me of the opportunities and privileges missed and missed out when I was still connected with International Pacific Marketing Alliance Corp (IPMAC)...

With IPMAC 2 years ago, we get to enjoy a paid 2 week Christmas Vacation on top of our 10 Vacation/Sick Leave allotment. With that 2 weeks, you get to enjoy the Dec 15 payout, the 13th month pay, and the whopping 45 thousand Christmas Bonus. That is the result of the commission being withheld every payday and would only be paid out right after the Christmas Party....

It was not a big company as my ePLDT Ventus but IPMAC was so good a company that might make you forget you still have to work after the 2 week vacation....It's so good a company, so good to be true... When it shut down it's operation my world partly shattered....Good thing we all picked up and crossed over...

Now, more than 2 years after, we are on our individual crossroads thinking back how IPMAC has been to us...
